Will Labtec webcam software work with Windows 10? And if not, are there plans to expand to Windows 10?

No, the Labtec Webcam Software won't work with Windows 10 in the close future, because the official website is discontinued. This means it will be impossible to acquire an updated version to the application. You could try to run it in Compatibility mode, but it's not guaranteed that it will work.
Tip: If it's necessary to install drivers, reboot the PC through Update and Recovery and go to Troubleshoot Startup, then select option 7 to disable Driver Enforcement.
I changed my PC and now my webcam doesn't work. The installation disc says it is good for Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP and at present I have a motherboard mode B75.MA and a i5 3.0 Ghz processor. What can I do?

The only logical explanation for this error is that the operating system your new PC uses, is not compatible with the available drivers for the webcam. As I can see on Google, there is no compatibility for Windows versions beyond XP. However, try installing it using the manual way. Start Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the webcam. Right click it and select Update driver. Point it to where the INF files(driver) are and proceed with the installation. Windows will give you a warning, but simply ignore it.
This software is only available for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. On the following forum, an official states that there aren't any drivers for Windows 7 regarding this software. Due to the fact that the official website of the developer is down, there is a little chance that an update compatible with Windows 7 will be released.
My camera is not working. I inserted the CD and I followed all the steps. It doesn't seem to accept my version of Windows. Can you help?

Unfortunately, Labtec webcams are developed to work only with Windows XP and below operating systems. If you're using a newer Windows platform, you can try to install the files using the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the installation package and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP or a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. After that, right-click again on the installer and select Run as Administrator. If it doesn't work, you can try to find the compatible drivers using Google search engine or a driver identifier from Software Informer database.
I have been using the Labtec WebCam software for a long time with no problems. Now, I have changed my PC's operating system to Windows 7, and I cannot find a program compatible with Windows 7 for this webcam. Can you help me?

There are plenty of webcam programs compatible with Windows 7, that you can find on Software Informer database. Many of them are free of charge and fully compatible with all major webcam models. However, the webcam that comes packaged with Labtec WebCam software is not fully compatible with the latest Windows platforms and there isn't any compatible driver available. You can try installing the one you have, using Program Compatibility troubleshooter.
